1) Service Manager – Client Delivery (BC/SC Cleared)
LOCATION :
UK – London and West Midlands
Requirements :
Overall 15 years of IT experience preferably working with Europe clients
Thorough project management experience managing team size of 10 to 100 (inclusive of managing parallel engagements)
Shows confidence in his/her abilities and comes out pretty strong in terms of communication
Good awareness of technology, ability to understand Architecture, design, technical reviews (Java, .Net)
Delivery Management :
Exposure to Delivery Management that includes managing/monitoring portfolio of projects in various types of engagements (Fixed Bid, T&M etc)
Proven track record of using Quality Metrics (Defect Density, Defect Severity), Project metrics (Effort Variance, Schedule Variance, Profitability)
Strong ability to communicate with Client stakeholders and Sr Leadership in the company about project status, risks, growth plans
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Awareness of various SDLC flavors specifically Agile, RUP
Passionate about Process and its benefits (CMMi)
Has involved in growing accounts (client engagements) that includes account planning, identifying opportunities, creating strategies for growth
Involved in setting up engagements from scratch that includes implementing process, team setup
Strong mentoring and leadership qualities
Must be BC or SC Cleared

2) Sales Representative

Full-time, on-site position with benefits
Travel required
LOCATION :
UK – Central London
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Follow-up by phone and email with leads from advertising and marketing campaigns
Send additional relevant marketing information to leads
Accurately promote leads to prospects
Initiate cold-call/warm-call activities among target accounts to promote prospects
Work with prospects to arrange meetings with appropriate field sales contacts
Respond to incoming requests for information and calls
Handle some customer service support issues
Provide process improvement input to sales management
Document activities in CRM system (Salesforce.com)
QUALIFICATIONS :
2- or 4-year college degree
1-2 years sales experience
